Engaging a global community
I have worked on a broad mix of BP projects, where the common theme is tackling internal engagement challenges. A good example is The Helios Awards, an internal awards scheme to recognise and thank employees for living the BP values and behaviours. The aim was to engage their people and drive them to submit their work. The campaign was designed to be implemented by BP’s international brand teams across online and print. I worked on the campaign development from brief to generating the final files for print.
